HISTORY 

Founding
Our NGO, “David Jimoh Foundation,” was founded in 2022 by a passionate individual David Jimoh Adeiza. Motivated by the urgent need to combat poverty and improve education in underserved communities, the founder established the organization with a vision of creating lasting change.

Early Years
In the first few years, we focused on some communities in Lagos and Ogun State, implementing educational programs, financial empowerment program, rehabilitation program and providing basic healthcare services. With the help of local volunteers, we served over 1000 adults and children in our first year.

Growth and Expansion
By 2024, “David -Jimoh Foundation” began to expand its efforts, establishing partnerships with local schools and government agencies. This allowed us to secure funding and resources to broaden our outreach. 

Milestones
– In early 2025 we reached a milestone of serving over 2000 beneficiaries across multiple programs.
– 2024: Awarded the Community Impact Award for our innovative approach to education.
– 2023: Launched the “Empowerment Workshops,” focusing on vocational training for adults, helping them gain skills for better employment opportunities.

Current Focus
Today, our organization operates in three regions, addressing key issues such as education, healthcare, rehabilitation and economic empowerment. Our programs now include the “Scholarship Fund,” “Community Health Initiatives,” and “Job Skills Training,” reflecting our commitment to holistic community development.

Looking Ahead
As we look to the future, “David -Jimoh Foundation” aims to expand our impact by introducing new programs that address climate change and sustainability. We remain dedicated to our mission of empowering the less privileged through sustainable individual and community partnership, building a better future, with the continued support of our donors and volunteers.


Founder

Biography of Jimoh David Adeiza: Founder of David-Jimoh Foundation (NGO) and Entrepreneur.

Early Life
David was born on June 4 1987, in a small village Uboro, Okehi Local government in Kogi State. Growing up in a modest household, he learned the values of hard work, trade and compassion from his parents, who were community organizers. These early lessons would shape his future endeavors.

 Education
David attended Olabisi Onabanjo University, where he earned a diploma in Accounting. His passion for social impact and the need to identify areas where philanthropic efforts can be most beneficial, led him to pursue further studies in political Science at Lagos State University. 

 Career
After graduating, David began his career in entrepreneurship, quickly rising through the ranks at a major investment firm. However, he felt a calling to make a more significant impact on society. In 2022, he founded David-Jimoh Foundation, an NGO dedicated to providing selfless services to humanity around the world.

 David-Jimoh Foundation 
Under David’s leadership, David-Jimoh Foundation has grown exponentially, establishing programs in over five states. The NGO focuses on sustainable education, healthcare, empowerment, rehabilitation and community development programs. His innovative approaches, such as educational initiatives and vocational training, have empowered hundreds of individuals.

 Business Ventures
In addition to his philanthropic work, David is a successful entrepreneur. He is the founder and chairman of Oooh Lala Company and Cnn farm. 

Recognition
David’s dual commitment to business and philanthropy has earned him numerous accolades and recognition as one of few individuals in Social Entrepreneurship. He is a sought-after speaker at business conferences, where he shares his insights on merging business with social responsibility.

Personal Life
David resides in Lagos Nigeria with his wife, and three children. He enjoys guiding entrepreneurs or students to help them develop their skills and also, volunteering in his local community. His vision for the future remains focused on creating opportunities for those in need, believing that everyone deserves a chance to succeed.
